I have searched the internet high and low for a "short list" of the most famous operas, to no avail. All lists are longer than your arm. I don't care about 100 operas. I just wanted to know the top 10 operas. I prefer short summaries. So I made this list. It is based purely upon my perceptions, and may not be correct. I hope that you like it. |
