"Undiagnosed symptoms" is my favorite. That covers everything.

FACT: Medical Insurance is NOT for sick people!
Insurance companies do NOT want to pay for anything that is ALREADY WRONG with you. Basically, if you are sick, it will be very difficult, or very expensive, to get medical coverage.
