I created this Causes of Death Summary for 2002 from older CDC data, because I wanted to see the data across ALL age groups. The data from the Center For Disease Control is now divided into Infant, Adolescent and Adult. It is no longer easy to see the complete picture, across all age groups, without extensive research.
